The Camayo Room would like to extend our
appreciation for considering us as the venue
for your upcoming event. We ask that you
read all of the following information in
association with the booking and planning of
your event.

A 50% deposit will be required to
initialize the rental agreement and will
secure the date and time for the agreed
rental period. The remaining balance and
a $100 damage deposit (cash or credit
card only) are due prior to rental on
date of booking.
The 50% booking deposit may be
refundable if there is 90 day notice
given of cancellation. Notice given less
than 90 days is non-refundable.
No access will be permitted to the room
until the full balance and damage deposit
have been paid. It is up to the renter to
make those arrangements. Decorators,
caterers etc. will not be allowed access to
the room until all fees have been paid.

Payment options include cash, debit, or
credit card. There will be a $100
setup/cleanup fee charged in addition to
room and linen costs. Renters are
responsible for the removal of their
decorations and supplies and for placing
trash into the garbage bags as provided.

Linen
rental is a $50 to $75 fee and requires a
credit card number to be placed on file
for a separate deposit for the linens.
Linen rental from the Camayo Room
requires that white linen covers,
provided by the venue, be kept on the
linens during the entire event. If these
covers are removed by the renter or by
the renter’s guests, and damages occur,
there will be a $25 fee accessed per
table.

Renter agrees to reimburse the Camayo
Room for any damages done to the venue
during the event, including costs for
permanent destruction and vandalism. If
damages exceed the deposit fee, a charge
to cover additional damages will be
processed and payment due upon receipt.
Conditions of the room prior to the
rental and conditions of the room at the
end of the rental period shall be met
and agreed upon by both parties.

There is no grace period or free time
allowed before or after the rental
period. The time that is booked is
the time that is available for loading
in, decorating, having the event, and
loading out. The policy is
strictly enforced on the start and end
time of the rental, and if renter
exceeds rental period there will be a
$50 per ½ hour fee accessed from the
damage deposit. The policy is in place
for the respect and consideration of the
next rental, which will need to decorate
for their event, and is also on a
limited time schedule. Thank you for
your cooperation in this matter for it
extends fairness to the entire rental
parties involved.

The Camayo Room reserves the right to
inspect and control all functions, and
furthermore will shut down any function
that is disruptive or noncompliant with
the rules enforced by this
establishment.
If necessary the police will be
called to escort guests off of the
premises with no refund being issued.

The Camayo Room will not assume
responsibility for any loss or damage to
personal property of the renter or
attendees of the event.

Due to limited space and storage, any
items remaining in the room after the
rental period will be considered
abandoned and may be disposed of at the
discretion of The Camayo Room, LLC
management.

The Camayo Room will not be liable in
the case an event is cancelled due to
severe weather-related circumstances
beyond the property’s control. The
Camayo Room will assist with
rescheduling the event based on
availability.

Decorating of the room is allowed as
long as no damage occurs to the room,
furniture, or fixtures. Please have all
decorations approved that require
attachment to the walls or ceiling.
Other restrictions include no loose
glitter, small paper confetti, or
candles (flameless or electric are
allowed).
